This Package provides the essentials of balanced Feng Shui in a home (AKA Classical or Flying Stars Feng Shui), personalized Form Feng Shui recommendations, and Intentional Feng Shui enhancements. Your consultation will include: All Silver Package Components: * An interactive review of the completed client questionnaire * A walk-through of the premises and verification of provided floor plans * Establishing precise compass and orientation readings of the premises * A Classical Feng Shui Reading, providing the foundational, elemental remedies for each section of the home based on the unique combination of the home's location, orientation, build year, and direction. * An explanation of the remedies and how to apply them. * An overview of the client's personal best directions * An overview of Form and Intentional Feng Shui Principles. * Customized, room-by-room recommendations for optimizing Chi for area functions, harmoniously incorporating Form Feng Shui adjustments with both specific Foundational remedies and the client's personal best directions * A Macroscopic analysis of surrounding landscape remedies for optimal influencing chi * Personalized recommendations for Client's intentions within the scope of Classical and Form Feng Shui PLUS: * Guided Intentional Feng Shui enhancement recommendations based on client's personal elements, pathways, and aspirations, incorporated into form and classical remedies. * A complete energetic space clearing throughout the premises. Requirements for this service include: - A detailed floor plan drawn to scale showing all doors and windows. The plan should be no larger than 11" x 17"; 8.5” x 11” is preferred. If you do not have a floor plan, additional time will be required to complete one during your appointment, up to one hour. - The year of your home’s construction and the years of any major reconstruction or additions in which the roof was completely removed from a majority of the home. The accuracy of these dates is crucial for the appropriate Feng Shui remedies. To find the year of construction, first check your deed or ask your realtor or landlord. The best sources to identify the year of construction include your county property tax assessor’s office, city building permit office, or a real estate title company’s customer service department. - The birth dates of permanent residence occupants. - The completed questionnaire (available for download)
